Services Provided

Houston HVAC Pros provides air conditioning and heating services in the Greater Houston area, including:

  • AC installation and replacement
  • Emergency repairs
  • System maintenance and tune-ups
  • Smart thermostat installation
  • Duct cleaning

Service availability is subject to technician availability and service area coverage.

Service Area

We serve Houston and surrounding communities including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Spring, Cypress, Missouri City, and nearby areas. Service availability outside this area will be confirmed when you schedule.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments:

  • Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
  • We provide estimated arrival windows, not exact times
  • Same-day service is subject to availability
  • Emergency services are prioritized

Cancellations:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $75 service call fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service call fee

Pricing and Payment

Estimates:

  • Diagnostic visits include a service call fee
  • Repair and installation estimates are provided before work begins
  • Prices may change if additional problems are discovered during service

Payment:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash
  • Major repairs and installations may require a deposit
  • Financing options available (subject to credit approval)

Service Call Fees:

  • Diagnostic service calls: $89-129 (waived if repair is completed)
  • Emergency service calls: $150-200
  • After-hours service: Additional fees may apply

Warranties and Guarantees

Our Work:

  • All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days
  • Installation warranties vary by manufacturer (typically 1-10 years on parts)
  • Labor warranties provided with new installations

Limitations:

  • Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Regular maintenance is required to maintain warranty coverage
  • Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your HVAC system and issues
  • Ensure safe access to equipment (indoor and outdoor units)
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Notify us of any safety hazards at the property
  • Pay for services as agreed

Property Access

  • You authorize technicians to access your property for scheduled services
  • You are responsible for providing access to equipment
  • If access cannot be provided, standard cancellation fees apply

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Pre-existing conditions not caused by our service
  • Damage from natural disasters, power surges, or improper use
  • Consequential damages (lost business, spoiled food, etc.)

Our liability is limited to:

  • The amount paid for the specific service in question
  • Direct damages caused by our negligence or errors
  • Coverage provided by our liability insurance

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent situations including:

  • Complete AC failure during extreme heat
  • Gas leaks or burning smells
  • Electrical hazards
  • Water leaks from HVAC equipment

Emergency rates apply to after-hours and weekend service calls.

Dispute Resolution

Process:

  1. Contact us directly to resolve any service concerns
  2. We will work in good faith to address issues within 7 business days
  3. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
